		<description>I know that this does not pertain to your post but I think it&#039;s wrong for a company to post on a job description that they are looking only for someone who has agency experience.

I know alot of people including myself that have accomplished a lot without having any agency experience.

I feel when companies do that they are cutting off a potential star employee that could benefit their company.</description>
