Couture Designer Needed for New Model Reality TV Show
Are you a designer looking for high-impact exposure? Then, a new show premiering next spring just might be your chance to snag that coveted big break. TV Land and Wilhelmina Models Inc. have joined forces to create “She’s Got the Look,” a 6-part reality series that will put wanna-be models through the paces to become the next new face of the agency’s 35-and over “Sophisticated Division.”
The show will follow the now tried-and-true formula of eliminations challenges with a grand finale catwalk show that will have the models hitting runway. Models will each take six passes down the runway wearing looks from three different designers (and coached by industry vet Roshumba) with each pass getting more and more difficult.
Among the other celebrity names associated with the show are stylist Robert Verdi, supermodel Beverly Johnson, and president of Wilhelmina, Sean Patterson. The host of the show will be former Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Kim Alexis.
