		<description>Great tips Kristin!  You have no idea how many times I have had to pass on a product for a story because they had no pictures or didn&#039;t get them to me in time.

While the internet is fast, magazines are or tighter deadlines.  I always recommend new and indie designers have an e-press kit so it is ready to go at the click of a button.

As I a freelance writer, I also really appreciate short but sweet information about the brand.  I do not read traditional press releases.  They are long and boring.

I would prefer some story ideas, a bulleted list of the benefits and features of your product.  I also always appreciate periodical emails.  Most of the time, after a story has run, I never hear from the designer again.  Let me know what&#039;s going on with you!!!  If I was interested once, I obviously liked you.  Follow up!</description>
