FIT is looking for seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in consumer marketing, apparel, beauty or a related consumer products field. Preference will be given to candidates with both teaching experience and direct industry experience.
The successful candidate will teach courses in both departments from a wide array of marketing disciplines, which may include marketing management, global marketing, consumer behavior, executive communication, and global business management. Successful candidates are expected to actively participate in departmental and college-wide committee work; curriculum development; academic support services, such as portfolio review and general advisement; student recruitment and admissions; and professional organizations. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills; a commitment to quality education and student-centeredness; and the ability to work with a diverse student population and be part of a collaborative team. Must demonstrate leadership skills.
