I used them for two months and they do not update their database. They have been charging me twice per month for the past 6 months. I have cancelled my account manually, emailed and called the disconnected number on their website. Their blog hasn't been updated since 2010. Finally I reached out to a friend who knows one of the owners but at this point I'm not sure she'll ever do anything about it. I don't recommend using the Look Book. This company is a sham!!!
