Fashion PR News: Cameo PR Announces New Client jules Jewelry


Cameo PR, a New York- based boutique fashion public relations firm that specializes in accessories,  has added jewelry line jules to it’s roster. Cameo will handle all media relations, product placement, website and collection launches, celebrity endorsement and special projects.

th_26052009023320wtf-earJewelry designer Julie Schwanbeck first launched the eponymous jewelry line, jules, in 2007. jules is a modern, artisan jewelry collection inspired by organic imperfections in nature; deep color variations of gemstones, rich textures of raw minerals and blemishes on hand-hammered metals. The line has been featured on the pages of Women’s Wear Daily, The Chicago Tribune, People, Ok!, Lucky and The Rachael Ray Show, among others. Some of our favorite pieces include these WTF earrings, the Gem Rondelle earwires, and Boulder Opal chain necklace.

"We hand fabricate each piece in our Chicago studio and wouldn’t have it any other way," explains Schwanbeck. "I want you to see the deliberate hammer strokes, to understand the expression in hand oxidized and textured metals juxtaposed with a gorgeous glimmering gemstone.
