I’m thrilled to announce that PR Couture was one of a select number of blogs invited by WWDMAGIC & TeenVogue to report live from Vegas next week. This is the first time the trade show has organized a blogger initiative, and it’s due in large part to Macala’s tireless efforts to bring both the digital fashion perspective and fashion bloggers to the primarily B2B scene.
Below is a highlight of coverage already secured about the event and information on how to follow along with the us in the interactive blogger concourse, as well as blogger panels, trend reporting, real-time video segments, buyer chats, style-offs and engage in general shenanigans, including a private event with Rebecca Minkoff. Swoon.
Posts will be aggregated onto the WWDMAGIC Tumblr and panels etc will be broadcast via U-Stream. You can also follow along, geo-location style by adding me on Whrrl and the WWDMAGIC Fashion Society.

I’m personally looking forward to opportunities to have some one-on-one time with the brand, marketing and PR professionals behind the over 1,300 labels on-hand during the show. I’m excited to learn and report back on how industry trends, technology & internal discussions are informing their strategic direction for 2011. I’m also eager to get some insider dish on this new trend of print mags creating blogger networks (Teen Vogue’s is called Fashion Click) as well the blogger/brand partnerships afoot for bloggers like Jane, Erika and Jazzi. Plus, it’s a real “shoe on the other foot,” type situation and I’m eager to experience and enjoy life as a fashion blogger and not as the coming up with the strategy and planning!
