“As Polyvore’s Public Relations Manager, you’ll help oversee and execute the press strategy for the largest fashion community on the web. You’ll manage the execution process for long and short lead press articles and television segments on Polyvore. You’ll work with the Head of Communications on Polyvore’s press strategy which includes placement in key outlets, speaking engagements, incoming requests and helping to launch key advertising, marketing and promotional partnerships. You’ll pitch and develop relationships with key contacts in technology, fashion, business and consumer outlets. You’ll attract key style influencers to participate in the Polyvore experience and help cultivate the site’s stylish, savvy community members as effective brand advocates. You’ll work with the company’s executives and key team members on further developing the company’s messaging on internal memos and all external communication. You’ll prep and assist executives for press interviews and speeches. You’ll handle a series of fun events and speaking engagements. You’ll also work heavily with Polyvore’s marketing team on future promotional partnerships and help develop the company’s social media strategy. As Polyvore grows, you’ll help hire, train and grow a larger team around you.”
