Crosby Noricks, Founder & Editorial Director

Known as the “fashion publicist’s most powerful accessory,” (San Diego Union-Tribune) and the “West Coast ‘It’ girl of fashion PR,” (YFS Magazine) Crosby Noricks put fashion public relations on the digital map when she launched PR Couture in 2006. She is the author of Ready to Launch: The PR Couture Guide to Breaking into Fashion PR, available on Amazon.

Crosby was included in the iMedia 25 as a key influencer in interactive marketing, and is an experienced fashion & consumer marketing strategist.  For nearly five years Crosby was instrumental in establishing and growing the award-winning social media department at Red Door Interactive, a leading digital marketing agency.

These days, Crosby spends her time managing PR Couture and mentoring fashion publicists through virtual courses PRISM and Instappable, as well as the biannual NYC workshop, Fashion PR Confidential. Occasionally, she opens up limited consulting spots for emerging brands through her signature offering, The Brand Elixir.



Kelly Mulay, Marketing Coordinator

Kelly Mulay supports PR Couture’s overall marketing efforts including email marketing, graphic design, social media and site optimization and development. A film & digital media graduate of Baylor University, Kelly earned a certificate in Digital Publishing/Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2014. Kelly’s past experience includes PR internships with YOakleyPR, where she supervised 22 interns, contributed to integrated marketing campaigns and conducted market research, and Keaton Row, during which she composed on-trend look-books to support affiliates. 


Sam Roberts, Editorial Coordinator

A recent college graduate, Samantha Roberts is putting her marketing degree from Florida Atlantic University to good use at PR Couture through editorial and contributor management, including penning our weekly Fashion PR Fridays round-up. Her interest in developing digital content and social media management stems from experiences running her own personal blog, Seaside Styled. Sam is also a Prismadonna (a graduate of the PR Couture PRISM course).



Rebekah Epstein

Rebekah Epstein is the founder of fifteen media, an agency that works exclusively with PR firms to streamline media relations in a digital era. She specializes in business, lifestyle, fashion and beauty. Rebekah also blogs about all things Gen Y at

Sydney Mintle

Known for having her finger on the pulse of all things fashion, Sydney Mintle is a Seattle-based fashion marketing specialist with industry experience in retail, apparel manufacturing, marketing, social media, and event production. She began her career working on the sales floor of a local boutique and eventually made her way up to the fashion office. Sydney deeply understands the inner-workings of the fashion industry and enjoys working with clients to find creative solutions to specific needs.

Melissa Pastore

Melissa Pastore is an experienced PR and communications professional. She currently holds the role of Public Relations Manager at Lacoste. Melissa holds a B.A. in broadcast journalism and policy studies from Syracuse University, where she was dually enrolled in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and the Maxwell School.

Lori Riviere

Lori Riviere is the founder of The Riviere Agency, a boutique full service integrated marketing, PR, social media and events firm with offices in New York and Miami. She has worked with clients assisting them with sales, marketing, PR, social media and fashion show production. Her lifetime in the industry gives her a deep understanding of what it takes to build a successful brand.

Lindsey Smolan

Lindsey has a genuine passion for helping clients grow and succeed, and their long reaching connections, from fashion and beauty editors at national magazines to influential celebrity stylists and the increasingly growing blogger and vlogger communities, help them do just that. Her agency, LSPR strategizes with clients to determine their key brand messaging and how to effectively convey what exactly makes them unique to these key contacts.

Wendy Vasquez

Wendy Vazquez is a PR and marketing strategist with a New York City boutique firm background, and a freelance writer as well. Her focus is on generating buzz for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. With a clear passion to grow brand awareness for clients, she thrives on building connections with influential media. Helping to strategize marketing and publicity initiatives, Wendy has industry experience in brand development, event production, social media management, product launches and more.
