Do You Accept International Submissions?

Absolutely. We are happy to accept submissions from anywhere, as long as they are written in English.

Can I submit more than one entry for an Award? What about one entry in multiple categories?

All possible. You may submit multiple entries for a single award, or submit an entry across multiple categories as long as it meets the requirements outlined. Each entry will require a separate entry fee (simply change the quantity as needed upon checkout) and you will need to submit individual award submissions for each.

How do you define fashion and lifestyle? Does my brand/submission fit?

the BCAs is a global online award program open to agencies, in-house teams, brands, individuals, media and vendors working in the fashion and lifestyle space.

Loosely defined, this includes apparel, shoes, accessories, handbags, beauty, fitness, wellness, travel and home. If you have any questions regarding if your brand/submission falls into the category of fashion and lifestyle, please email info@thebespokeawards.com

How are entries judged?

Our team of 10 judges are agency founders, entrepreneurs, authors, educators and innovators.

Review the full bios of all 2017 BCA judges here.

Awards are judged, where appropriate, using the traditional strategic planning model of RPIE (research, planning, implementation, evaluation). Judges use a matrix to evaluate each entry.

Are judges/sponsors allowed to enter?

Yes, but any judge who has a potential conflict of interest, including, but not limited to, working for an organization that submitted that an entry and/or being involved with any aspect of the project, will simply not be allowed to judge that entry.

Sponsors are able to enter as well, but receive no special treatment.

When will the winners be announced?

We plan to announce the winners 2-4 weeks after the close of the program. Winners will be featured in a press release, on PR Couture, our newsletter and on our social media platforms.

the BCAs is a global online award program. There is no physical event for the 2017 Awards planned at this time.

What do the winners receive?

In partnership with our in-kind partners, each winner will receive a custom Winner gift package including a physical award, custom artwork and a variety of hand-picked items. Trust us, you’ll be grinning wider than on your birthday.

At what point will I be charged?

Your credit card/paypal will be charged at the point of checkout when you purchase the application.

Can I edit my application once it is submitted?

Due to our judging process and time constraints, all submissions must be final and will not be available for editing. Please make sure you submit your best work the first time around.
