Each year the Style Coalition Fashion 2.0 Awards, an event that recognizes the best digital campaigns and platforms from the fashion industry, outdoes itself. Now in it’s fifth year, Zac Posen has been announced as keynote speaker, Robert Verdi will host again, and Coco Rocha will present the Top Innovator Award. The founders of Warby Parker are to be honored with the Visionary Award, and fashion brands will accept awards across ten categories.
Voting ends Monday, with Burberry and Ralph Lauren leading with the most nominations followed quickly by ASOS, DKNY, Free People and Michael Kors. So be sure to add that to today’s to-do list!
I attended the awards last year, and can highly recommend the opportunity to enjoy a little black tie fun, connect with top fashion industry professionals, and practice some heavy-duty fashion blogger spotting! The awards take place on March 20, 2014 in NYC at Merkin Concert Hall.
